By accessing or using TogetherNepal, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

TogetherNepal connects contributors who identify children in need with sponsors who want to support them in Nepal. Support may cover education, basic living needs, health-related help, or other essential assistance. The platform helps create child profiles, manage sponsorship requests, and support admin review.

TogetherNepal is a facilitation platform. Sponsorship confirmation and delivery may involve offline verification by admins or trusted community partners.

Users may register as contributors or sponsors. Admin accounts are managed by TogetherNepal.

• You must provide accurate account information
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure
• You may only use the role assigned to your account
• One signed-in account cannot create another role in the same session; log out first if you need a different account

Contributors help identify children and submit profiles for review.

• Share only truthful and necessary information
• Have permission or authority to share the child’s information and photos
• Keep profiles updated when possible
• Do not submit misleading, harmful, or unauthorized content

Sponsors may choose children to support and submit sponsorship amounts through the platform.

• Sponsorship submissions may remain pending until admin verification
• Approved amounts are applied to a child’s funding progress after confirmation
• Rejected sponsorships will not be applied to funding totals
• Sponsors should only submit amounts they intend to fulfill

TogetherNepal admins may approve, reject, edit, or remove child profiles and sponsorships to protect children, sponsors, and platform integrity. Admin decisions are made to keep support accurate and trustworthy.

You agree not to misuse TogetherNepal.

• Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts or data
• Do not upload unlawful, abusive, or exploitative content
• Do not use the platform for fraud or misleading fundraising
• Do not interfere with platform security or other users’ experience

Platform design, branding, and original materials belong to TogetherNepal or its licensors. Content you submit remains subject to these terms and may be displayed as needed for sponsorship and review.

By submitting content, you confirm you have the rights to share it and grant TogetherNepal permission to use it for platform purposes.

TogetherNepal works to keep information accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every profile detail, funding status update, or offline delivery step will always be complete or free from delay. The platform is provided on an “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, TogetherNepal is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including delays in review, sponsorship confirmation, or offline support delivery.

We may update these Terms of Service when needed. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
